What are kraft boxes?
Kraft board is made from unbleached wood pulp, which gives it its natural brown colour and strong fibres. It is widely recycled, often contains recycled content, and instantly signals an eco-conscious, handmade or organic brand.
Kraft is a material, not a single box style, so almost any structure can be made in kraft: tuck end cartons, gable boxes with handles, pillow boxes, window bakery boxes, sleeves and trays. Food-grade kraft is available for boxes that touch food directly.
Printing on kraft is different from white board. Dark inks look crisp and bold, while light colours look softer. A single dark logo is the classic, economical look; for bright artwork we print a white ink base first so colours stay true.
