What are cake boxes?
A cake box has one job above all: get the cake home looking exactly as it left the counter. That means the right height so frosting never touches the lid, a base strong enough not to bow, and board that is safe to sit next to food.
Most bakeries choose a lock-corner or tuck-top cake box made from food-grade board, often with a PET window so the cake sells itself on display. Taller and heavier cakes move up to thicker SBS or a food-lined corrugated board, and many shops add a separate cake board so the cake can be lifted out cleanly.
Printing your logo, colours and social handle on the lid turns every takeaway into advertising. We make each box to your cake sizes so there is no sliding in transit.
